student-practitioner to autonomous professional.

01. Supervisory Matrix
• Led by licensed, doctoral‑level psychologists
• Minimum of two hours of weekly individual,
face-to-face clinical supervision; one hour of weekly group supervision & one hour of testing/assessment supervision.
• Emphasis on case conceptualization, evidence‑based interventions, and professional identity development
• Supported by direct observation, recorded sessions,
and group consultation
• Primary supervisor maintains full clinical and legal responsibility while supporting intern autonomy and entry‑level readiness
02. Didactic Training Curriculum
• Two hours of weekly, structured instruction aligned with the 9 APA Profession‑Wide Competencies
• Sequential seminars on advanced clinical formulation and integration of evidence‑based research
• Focus on developing a refined and sophisticated professional identity
• Specialized modules on ethics, California‑specific law, and risk management
• Training in sustainable private‑practice skills: ethical billing, medical‑necessity documentation, and maintaining healthy clinical boundaries

Salary & Perks
Salary: $40,000/YR
Health Insurance Stipend: $350/MO
Internet Stipend: $20/MO
Paid Sick Leave: $500/DAY @ 5 Days/YR
Parking Pass: $80/MO
Vacation: 10 Days, non-paid
(in addition to major holidays).

Consultation: Unlimited
Direct Service: 2o hrs
Documentation: 6 hrs

Peer Supervision: 1 hr
